I love creating easy to follow and delicious recipes. While my meal ideas are packed with flavor, they aren’t packed with dairy. Health issues led me to stop eating meat and dairy altogether a few years ago, so all of my recipes are dairy-free, meat-free and pescatarian-friendly.

Do what works for you! If you want to swap ingredients for dairy products or use other sources of protein, go for it. Cooking is more about following what you like vs. following a recipe.
